We can help you visualise your new home by helping you prepare the design of your house on the computer with the help of one of our architects, who will also ensure you adhere to any environmental concerns or local conservation issues.
Total flexibility
If you have any special requirements, or would like to individualise your house with custom-built architectural features, simply discuss it with your Dan-Wood architect. These could include car ports, conservatories or pergolas, or perhaps you would like to customise your heating system to be cost-effective and environmentally friendly?
Guaranteed delivery and construction
Once you have agreed your house design and signed the contract, we give you dates for delivery and construction – and guarantee to stick to this timetable.
The components of your house will be built in our factory in Poland and delivered to your site with a team of multi-skilled tradesmen, who will build your house in as little as eight to12 weeks.
Excellent customer service
During the build process, you will deal with one dedicated project manager who will keep you in touch with progress and sort out any problems if they arise. Even after your house is built, if there’s any snagging (which we think is unlikely!) one of our after-sales managers will be close at hand to help you.
Everything will be done for you, including installing plumbing, heating and utility systems. In fact, all you need is the key!
Fixed Price Warranty
We are proud of the fact that our pricing policy is totally transparent. We guarantee that the price we give you is the price you’ll pay, and we fix this price for nine months. Any optional extras are also fully costed before you sign the contract, so you know exactly what you’ll be paying, with no hidden extras.
All this – and your house has a construction warranty of 10 years.
