At Budimex Danwood we have designed a new external wall system of superior strength, particularly in its thermal efficiency. The U-value of these 'super thermal' walls is 0.148 – less than half the maximum currently required under UK building regulations. This means you use less energy, less money and less pollution to heat your home.
Our system uses an innovative 'Vario' climatic diaphragm, a variable vapour barrier that actively protects your home against dampness and draft and ensures the timber frame remains robust against building damage. Our VISION houses come with the Dan-Wood super thermal wall as standard. LIMIT houses can also be customised to this specification.
