This basement parlour is an essential feature of any home. The blinds and lighting in every room can be controlled separately or from a colourful central sensor panel in the entrance hall next to the living room. Each function can be programmed individually or in groups of devices with one press. Our electronics are designed to be simple and easy to use. The house has a boiler-room, but without a boiler. In the winter, the building's heating and hot water is supplied by a geothermal heat pump. This captures earth heat from approximately 400 running meters of pipes filled with glycol and water solution buried at a depth of approximately 2-2.5 m. During the summer, the coolness of the earth is then used to air-condition the interior of the house. |
The elegant ground floor benefits from under-floor heating (air-conditioning), while climate-convectors coupled with the heat pump have been installed upstairs. In a severe frost, the BUDIMEX DANWOOD heat distribution system can provide emergency heat pump support. Hot water in summer is provided by solar energy collectors on the roof.
