BUDIMEX DANWOOD is pleased to present our flagship Show House, which was built at our premises in Poland during summer 2006 and showcases our impressive range of design, build and finishing features.
On the exterior, the graphite roof contrasts dramatically with the cream façade, while many windows flood the house with light. Solar energy collectors are fitted to the roof. The entrance stairs (electrically heated) and the garden terrace are made of antislip burnt granite encircled by polished granite. Warm sodium lights richly illuminated the building, particularly in the evening. The design of the house carefully blends with the existing greenery and in the garden babbling water can be heard from the illuminated fountain.
The interior of our house is a customised version of our typical Classic 224 model featured in BUDIMEX DANWOOD catalogues. The bedrooms have been re-designed into four office suites while the upper floor houses our Marketing Department. The spacious upper hallway exits to the front balcony and garden. The carved ceiling is richly illuminated and features a stunning custom-designed 3-metre tall chandelier suspended down through two floors to the entrance hall on the ground floor. Visitors to the Marketing Department report by a videophone entry system which has a built-in video camera and a colour screen in the upstairs hall. The upstairs bathroom has strong light as well as discrete night light in a form of a "light-gate".

The living room is divided into two zones. The bow-shaped and illuminated marble fireplace is the centre of the first zone adjoining the kitchen, which is intended for resting.
Movement sensors automatically light the stairs down to the basement, which houses archive material and controls for the house's electronics, heating and air-conditioning systems. The basement parlour (72 m2) features a beautiful illuminated wall lined with yellow slate and currently serves as a showroom for BUDIMEX DANWOOD's finishing materials.
