The awards have been running for over ten years, and the rigorous, impartial judging from architects, manufacturers and industry leaders is a real accolade for Dan-Wood.

Owned by James and Gemma Hooker, the two-storey house is based on the Dan-Wood Park 148.1E. The couple made some changes to the dimensions, roof pitch, windows and floorplans, including putting the utility room on the first floor, enabling more space on the ground level. They also placed a balcony at the corner so that they could enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside.

In quite a prominent position on the development, the house really stands out with its dark grey render and larch wood cladding. Congratulations to all!
