Construction process

The construction time varies depending on the model and size. A turnkey house is completed in around 8 to 12 weeks - a little longer for the VISION house with luxury fittings, and just a few days for the NEXT modular house.

Dan-Wood can co-operate with some partners for the construction of floor slabs however this is a third party contract organized by the customer.  Acceptance is carried out by the Dan-Wood site manager before the house is delivered.

A turnkey house includes the shell, windows, roof, façade, technical installations and the complete interior fittings, excluding the kitchen and is therefore ready to move into after kitchen installation. NEXT by Dan Wood modular homes also include a PV system.

No, the Dan-Wood site manager coordinates the construction and supervises all work. You will receive a construction schedule and can inspect the construction progress at any time for safety reasons best done through the site manager. The house erection on the first day is a special experience.

No, the crane and scaffolding are included in the house price. Additional costs may only be incurred for special situations involving a specialized crane.
