Dan-Wood offers a 20-year structural guarantee on the timber frame of the house and a 12 month minor defects warranty. We recommend that all customers take out an independent 10 year structural warranty that is recommended by major lenders.
Yes, heating and electrical installations are covered by manufacturer's guarantees, depending on the product and manufacturer and these are also included within the 12 month minor defects warranty
In addition to the comprehensive warranty, Dan-Wood also offers long-term maintenance and services to maintain the quality and value of your home.
If a problem arises within three months of the house being handed over, please contact the Dan-Wood site manager who supervised your construction site. After this three-month period but within the 12 month minor defects period, please report any complaints directly to our Dan-Wood Service Department.
