You can use your own architect for your planning application otherwise a local architect with Dan-Wood experience. It is best to discuss possibilities with your local sales agent depending on your individual requirements.
All exterior work, such as entrance steps and access ramps plus landscaping, garden paths, terraces, paving for car parking spaces are included in your own work.
We require the following documents for the planning and construction of your Dan-Wood house:
- a site investigation survey.
- a topographical survey
- a detailed kitchen plan from a kitchen studio with all relevant dimensions, especially for electrical, water and waste water connections.
