Yes, Dan-Wood homes are compatible with smart home systems to control lighting, heating and security systems via app. A smart home system is already integrated as standard in the VISION homes.
Dan-Wood offers as standard an energy-efficient heating system utilising air-source heat pumps with underfloor heating. Our houses have central ventilation systems with heat recovery. Photovoltaics and battery storage can be added as an extra.
