Yes, the Dan-Wood house consultation is free of charge - as is the request and delivery of our brochures/PDF’s.
You sign a house building contract, which becomes effective after Dan-Wood's confirmation. Your personal Dan-Wood consultant will explain all the details to you and, if necessary, provide you with a sample contract in advance. You can sign a contract pre-planning or after planning approval. A deposit is required when you wish to initiate the contract.
No, Dan-Wood is a prefabricated house manufacturer and does not offer plots of land. There are some custom build sites that Dan-Wood are involved with and details would be provided by the sales advisor if raised.
